The second stage has been commissioned
The Riel City RC continues to develop: we are proud to announce that the second stage of the project has been officially commissioned. Certificate No. ІУ123250404832, issued by the State Architectural and Urban Planning Inspection of Ukraine, certifies that the constructed facility complies with the project documentation and confirms its complete readiness for operation.
This means 410 new, modern, and comfortable apartments for the city. The next procedural step is to assign a postal address and prepare documents for registration of title.

Riel City is one of the company’s largest projects in Lviv, combining modern architecture, its own infrastructure, a convenient location, and a comprehensive approach to creating a residential environment. Within the complex, construction is also underway on a kindergarten for 70 children and a school for 200 students, a swimming pool, and a dual-purpose bomb shelter that can be used in peacetime.
