It is impossible to build something new based on out-of-date views. We abolish the archaic, creating the city of our dreams.

Riel City is a living space, not a residential complex. We have people living here, not “residents”. Our philosophy is to spend more time on the territory, for which an open infrastructure has been created.

The entire Riel City space is free of cars and is permeated with wide walkways.

Leave the apartments more often, walking in the green park, and then relax on the numerous art benches. Or take a whole gazebo if you have a large company. After the rest, have a go with the workout area, and if you went out to walk your dog, dog waste bag dispensers and pet stations are at your service.

For children, we are building our own kindergarten and 6 playgrounds.

The whole space is lit by lanterns with built-in photocells, so you do not need to pay for lighting the area. And if you have an electric car you will find charging stations in the underground parking. And, of course, the whole area is accessible to people with special needs.
